PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please familiarise yourselves with these terms
to help ensure a smooth Summer Games experience.

1. Registration & Payment Deadline

1.1 All teams must be fully registered and fully paid by 12 March 2026.

1.2 Any payment deadline extensions are granted strictly at the discretion of Boom Monate. No payment extensions will be given after 14 March 2026 at 09:30.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 All registration fees and/or deposits are refundable up until 12 March 2026.
No refunds will be permitted after this date.

 

2.2 Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business working days, excluding public holidays.

2.3 No refunds will be issued for:
· Non-attendance / no-shows / late arrival
· Eligibility violations / misconduct
· Withdrawal after the cut-off date
· Unsettled registration balance payments after the cut-off date

3. Bank Transfer Terms (EFT)

· All EFT payments must clearly reference the team name and sport
· Boom Monate will confirm payment once funds reflect
· Split payments are permitted

  • The team captain remains fully responsible for ensuring the total registration fee is settled in full

  • Partial payments do not guarantee participation until the full balance reflects as paid

4. Cash Send Terms

·  Accepted cash send methods include:

  • FNB eWallet / Standard Bank Instant Money / Capitec Send Cash


· Split payments are permitted:

  • The team captain remains fully responsible for ensuring the total registration fee is settled in full

  • Partial payments do not guarantee participation until the full balance reflects as paid

5. Confirmation of Acceptance

5.1 Making any payment toward the Boom Monate Summer Games constitutes full acceptance of these Payment Terms & Conditions.


5.2 Team captains accept these terms on behalf of all registered players.
